COCA-COLA 2010 - Current
As part of Coca-Cola's RED campaign, rolled out in 2010, Tangerine was contracted to provide a field force to visit dealers on a regular cycle. This included monitoring and documenting stock keeping units, brand activation, and ensuring the good condition of cooler units. We started the project with a team of nine auditors, working in the cities of Maputo and Matola, collecting critical information on market conditions to allow for efficient management decision-making. Daily information was collected manually, captured at our offices and presented on weekly management reports indicating trends by area and account representative. The program aligned Coca-Cola Mozambique with global standards, resulting in Tangerine being contracted every year since. Currently, we provide 18 staff, reading over 7000 outlets per month and covering all major cities in Mozambique.
